Kelly has had a love of food and cooking her entire life. As she was growing up, both of her parents were avid cooks who encouraged her to participate from an early age.

After graduating from Lewis and Clark College, Kelly was employed by Catholic Charities, AIG, and Oracle Corporation.

In 2002, she decided to pursue her love of food and cooking and enrolled in Le Cordon Blue Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She has held internships at Bizou Restaurant, Wine and Spirit's Magazine, and worked at the Palace Hotel, and with private caterers.

Kelly's next step was to start a family. She married Jeff Dodds in 2004, and had baby Isabella in 2005. It was then that she realized she wanted to create healthy home-cooked meals for moms and moms-to-be along with their families.

Whatever Kelly cooks for you or your entire family, you can be sure it will be a culmination of her experiences, creativity, and passion for healthy living. She chooses only fresh and wholesome ingredients.
